FOUNDATION COURSE

Beginner,Intermediate, Therapy Demo
A building needs a very good foundation to stand longtime without any damage.Likewise a yoga practitioner has to be based on a good foundation in all the way to progress and achieve in yogafield.This foundation course provides good base to practitioner in all the layers of the body, prepares nervous system,stretches,strengthens muscular system,increases flexibility ,firmness in the posture and stability in the mind. Through this foundation course one will get fitness,mental peacefullness,required spirit and confidence.

* Can be taken for any length of time.
* Suitable for one who wishes to take TTC
* Minimum of 1 week is required

Beginners
If you are unfamiliar to yoga or if you don't have enough preparation mentally and physically you can choose beginners course.We will set the yoga programme depending upon flexibility needs,requirements of the students. It is fully student oriented practise ,gives firm base in yoga field without injury and students can learn with full enjoyement.

Intermediates
This practise needs little knowledge and preparation in yoga field.This is extended part of the beginners practise.The arranged practise schedule on each part of the body takes you to advance yoga practise.
Therapy
You can practise this one for particular problems and ailments.Yoga therapy based on panchakosha and panchaprana(fivelayers and five prana) and Astanga yoga(8 limbs).All kinds of physical and psychosomatic ailments will be handled at all level of our existence for quickest results.Anna maya kosha, prana maya kosha,mano maya kosha, vijnanamaya kosha,ananda maya kosha includes practise of kriyas, yogic excercises and movements,yogasanas,pranayama,dharana,dyana,emotion culture,chanting,relaxation,meditation,a healthy yogic diet. Santhosh Kumar has been introducing yoga therapy from past many years,handled more than 1000 different kinds of patients.He has got sucessful results,in critical problems(Acute and Chronic).Personal attention will be taken by yoga teacher Sujata.S.Kumar. Therapy course will be useful for Yoga Teachers and Yoga Therapist to enhance their teaching.

ADVANCED COURSES Demo

Hip opening, Back bending, pranayama, Hand balancing, Vinyasa (linking) yoga, Meditation. An intermediate student can take advance yoga practise.It mailnly works on hip openeing,back bending,hand balance,head balance and advance pranayama techniques with Bandhas(tribandha),mudras.
Hip Opening
Mainly people will struggle to sit in meditation practice and pranayama practice from discomfort hips.This special hip openeing techniques opens your hip very soon and removes rigidness, increases blood circulation to the pelvic parts.It includes hip rotation, hamstring stretching,hip opening and different kinds of movements.
Back Bending
Some students will have hunch back,lack of flexibility,excess curvature.kyposis,lordosis,scoliosis etc.This practise will be correction on back and back becomes supple and flexible in nature,increases health of the back and spine.
Hand and Head balance
It works as resistance exercises,utilizes muscle groups and is done for muscular strength and endurance.Here we will perform different balancing asanas using our own body weight and muscular resistance.

We are offering 1 to 4 weeks prenatal yoga practice. The detail study will take 3-4 weeks. Pregnant ladies & whoever is planning for pregancy or whoever is eager to teach can join this course.

    It is a powerful breathing techniques.It contains different kinds of pranayamas.It is mainly a combination of kapalbhati and bhastrika with So-hum.It prepares us for meditation(so-hum)with its soothing effects.

    Yoga Nidra
    This is total relaxation, psychic development technique, sleep without sleep, good for insomnia,to boost energy,capacities mentally and physically.Suitable for doctors,psychologists and educators.

    Procedure
    Shavasana - muscle relaxation by rotation of consciousness - breath awareness and resolution - opposite feelings - different kind of image visualization with feelings - shvasana.
    Vipassadarshanam

    For perfect equilibrium of the body breath mind procedure-shavasana/meditative posture - breath awareness ,Resolution - Rotation of consciousness being indifferent to the sensation - breath awareness - Returning to normalcy.

    Cyclic Meditation
    To experience calmness ,quietness and bliss.

    Procedure
    Shavasana - prayer - getting up from left(linear awareness)parshva Chakrasana- padahasthasana/shashankasana - MMM chanting - Ardha chakrasana/ustrasana- AAA chanting-sitting and lying on back without hand support step by step as slow as we can - Deep relaxation -body apartness.

    Pranic charging and energization technique

    UUU - 3 times - low ,medium, high - pitch -middle body(stomach & chest)

    OM - 1 : 1,2:1,1:2-3times-low,medium,high-pitch -throughout the body

    Pranavopasana:

    -Omkar chanting - low and high pitch -slowy - moderate-fast-in one deep breath -concentration on others chanting-concentration on vibration -frequency matching etc.
