Yoga Instructor

Santhosh Kumar born in 8th April,1983 as the first son of couple Sri Bhaskar and Bhavaniyamma in a small village Kollur , Kundapur talluk near the costal area of Udupi district. Basically he was an artist and dancer (classical,folk).Most of his childhood was spent with nature, practising yoga since his childhood with Sri Kumar (a good artist and yoga teacher) and guruji Dr.R. Pai from Shanthivana Trust,Yoga and Naturopathycenter Dharmasthala(an international holy place).

Later he has been trained sufficiently under B.K.S. Iyengar, Pune(one of the world's foremost yoga legend) and from Art of living as well as enough experience from Ramdev Guruji.
He is a certified teacher in education from KSEEB Government of Karnataka and he has trained several students of different hostels,schools ,colleges, hospital and IT/BT companies like WIPRO, INFOSYS, L& T etc.

He was suffering from knee pain ,sinusitis, fever, tonsillitis etc in his childhood. He got rid of all these problems by Yoga treatment and developed very good interest in yoga field. So he started to teach Yoga in his own studio formely known as "Yogadarshanam"

Today he is a certified teacher in nutrition and health education from University Of Mysore (Distinction) and completed Advance Yoga teacher training from Shivananda Vedantha Center, Kerala (Grade Excellent)and Annamalai University , Tamil Nadu.Presently he has opened a new yoga institution "Aayush YOGA DARSHANAM" in Mysore and trained students with his wife ( Sujatha.S.Kumar M.A,certified teacher from Indian Institute of Yoga (Vivekananda Kendra , Bangalore ) and Guru Prasad (Advance Yoga Master in Ashtanga Vinayasa studied from K.Pattabhi Jois and B.N.S. Iyengar) from different states of India and outside India.
Presently Santosh Kumar is preparing for future Reasearch Works in Yoga Field on "Yoga and illness."
