PranayamaOur Pranayama Course is divided into two part . First part belongs to Vasista Yoga (Pathanjali Yoga ) Beginners can practice very easily. These set of Pranayama is free from Breath retension inside and outside. Easy to pratice and to apply Therapeatic purposes specialy for Yoga Teachers and Therapiest. Second part(Hatha) include breath retntion inside-outside with the help of bandas(Lock).So that the course includes Pranayama of the both "ASHTANGA" and "HATHA YOGA" (Applicable for advance students.). |
