  1. Linking Asanas.

    This is a part of yoga getting lot of popularity throughout the world.It has three stages like beginners,intermediate and advance stage. It includes Mudra, Bhandh, Relaxation and different kinds of Asanas.It is a body breath mind co-ordination. Breath is co-ordinated in between every asanas.The practise will be like movements of a chain without stop. This method is developed scientifically depending on human anatomy and three kinds of exercises which a body needs at any age.
    1. Cardiovascular - yogic exercises :- Sunsalutation, Dynamic asanas.
    2. Resistance - yogic exercises :- Leg balance,hand balance,head balance.
    3. Stretching - yogic exercises :- Asanas, stretching.

Couple yoga/partner yoga         Demo

Students can join to couple yoga practise to increase intimation,love,personal relationship.This practise co- ordinates minds of the two partners. It is a way of bonding,humility and value development. Personal and social relationship will be improved with a broad mind. Very much suitable for husband and wife.In this practice students need not to waite for partners,we will arrange.equal hight,srength, flexibility is very good for practice.

Teaching techniques/skill development for freshers

Students those who completed training course(Yoga & Education) can take this course.This is 1 week practise.Different teaching techniques /skills for different age group will be taught.students have opportunity to teach the beginners.Teaching includes:

Krida Yoga

This kind of teaching includes diffrent kinds of yogic games,yogic dance practise,application of Kusthi in yogic achievement by Guru Basavaraju(a popular state level Kusthi pattu)(Kusthi is a traditioanl indian game which is taught in particular place called Garadi,very useful for high level body fitness,flexibility , strength,concentration etc.This is one week programme very useful for teachers to handle kids in yoga class.

Future Programme

The Future programme of Santosh Kumar is to open new yogashala in KORAMANGALA bangalore and in deep forest of his own village named Kaveramma Yoga Research Institute and spread yoga to villagers with help of Snehasoudha Team. Snehasoudha has more than 100 Government school teachers and volunteers in different part of Karnataka and outside Karnataka.
